苗栗縣龍昇國民小學成立於民國61年9月1日。
初創時名為「談文國民小學龍昇分班」。
於民國八十三年辦理校地徵收，校地問題圓滿解決。
民國六十二年十一月，開始興建校舍兩間,翌年二月竣工，三月學童〈原借讀
談文國小一、二年級〉遷入新校區上課。
民國六十五年八月一日，編為三班，升格為「龍昇分校」。
民國六十八年八月一日，自然增班後奉准獨立為「龍昇國民小學」。
歷任校長為：林金春、呂清江、吳元珪、黃三益、張榮輝、李梁耀、楊文祝、王裕發、曾慶寧。現任校長為王世文校長。
龍昇國民小學，歷史雖淺，但校園風景美麗如畫，是一所鄉村迷你小學。
111 學年度奉教育部核准，改制為耶拿實驗小學。
112 學年度全校共計6班，教職員工13人。
Miaoli County Long Sheng Elementary School was established on September 1, 1961 in Miaoli County.
At the beginning, it was called "Tien Wen Elementary School Long Sheng Branch Class".
In 1983, the school land acquisition process was completed and the school land issue was successfully resolved.
In November, 1973, the construction of two school buildings began and was completed in February of the following year.In March, the students (who was first and second grades, studied at Tien-Wen Elementary School) moved into the new school district to attend classes.
On August 1, 1965, the school was divided into three classes and upgraded to "Long Sheng Branch".
On August 1, 1968, the school was allowed to become independent as "Long Sheng Elementary School" after increasing the number of classes.
The past principals were: Lin Jin-chun, Lu Ching-chiang, Wu Yuan-gui, Huang San-yi, Chang Rong-hui, Lee Liang-yao, Yang Wen-chu, Wang Yu-fa, and Tseng Ching-ning. The current principal is Mr. Wang Shih-Wen.
Although Long Sheng Elementary School has a short history, it is a miniature elementary school in a rural area with a picturesque campus.
In the 111th school year, the Ministry of Education approved the reorganization of the school into Jenaplan Experimental Elementary School.
In the 112th school year (2023), there were 6 classes and 13 school faculty.
